Fashion Week Spring Summer 2014 is kicking in for three weeks now.
I know that you are as curious as i am, peeking what would be chic, hip and fab for the next summer !

First thing i can say after seeing the press release on New York Fashion Week is........

Let's work our stomach out 
Yes, the cropping shirt is continue to rolling in the next summer !

Tennis Skirt is the IT skirt !  
Seems now is the time to say goodbye to our pencil skirts and say hello to the mini-sporty-but cute-a line-skirt !

Besides these two goodness, more sporty wear like bomber jacket could be seen in many designer's houses as well..

Soooo let's put our sneakers on?

Ever since i live in Europe, Spring is simply becoming my favorite time of the year.. It seems hopes are clinging in the air.. the sun lasts longer, the weather gets better, the flower starts to blossom.. just perfect ! So i spent couple of days in Angers, France, to visit a friend and also to feel the real spring, since cold weather still surrounding Paris (uhum, yea, no joking on this)

so it was a very relaxing weekend.. Angers is a small town with a small population, every corner of the town is walking distant, though, there's a tramway too. What i appreciate the most during my visit here is... The WINE ! best white wine i've ever tasted! you should really try.. For sightseeing, some touristic points not to be missed is the famous Angers' Castle (Chateâu d'Angers), the complex is not too big, and there's a little garden behind this Castle, a historical cathedral or a chill city walk could be an option too, as the city is quite cute.

Another thing that i love love love (yes, i say three times that word) is, i find these little things that made my day (Thanks Anna ! for accompanying me trying this and that)

how vintage style can be mixed with modern style and produce an outstanding style, i am about to show you (again) another form of vintage style that being interpreted by a lovely friend of mine,

first, you may notice this style,

 As a fashion lover, i know for sure, you know the fashion icon above.

Yes, she is Audrey Hepburn. 

and i can assure my self that you know her style very well: putting the scarf in her hair and wearing glasses.

now, i am about to show you the present interpretation of her style:

At times, fashion industry is like a cycling process.

what used to be trends can become trends again nowadays, 

of course with loads of modern elements being added to the clothes.

after all, vintage style is adorable to wear, not to mention sometimes they're more lady-like.

try to remember Jackie O style or Marilyn Monroe's or Audrey Hepburn's or Grace Kelly's and many others inspiring fashion icons from the past. they're adorable style will surely inspires us all, as now we're living in 21st century.

Now, i'll give you pictures of Indonesian people -still, people on my circle- who are the present form of the vintage style, here they are:
